I cant stand the whole mambo jumbo

    January 23rd, 2012 by admin

Somebody once said that there are no good bosses, only employees who know how to handle them. Many people like to complain about the situations they find themselves in and the way they get treated at work. Even though some of their reasons are genuine, one cannot expect to work in a perfect place with no challenges whatsoever. Unless of course you have your own job and you are your own boss. Even then you would not live happily ever after because the may people you interact with will all have issues to deal with. For some employees, a little stressful situation is ripe enough for them to resign. ‘I cant stand it,’ they moan. ‘Why me?’ some will be heard saying. If not you, then who else. Some have the misconception that unemployment benefits resign was made to support them in their endeavors. While some situations deserve you to hand in your letter, some need a little more dialogue and everything will improve after a while. There must be a pretty good reason for you to resign and say I cant take it anymore. Things like you got too tired to try harder should not be considered as reasons, that is just your laziness finding away to the front. unemployment benefits resignation depends on why you resigned in the first place. Were you threatened in the office? Is you heath at risk because of the work conditions? Concrete reasons are needed. But if you dreamt that a bickering boss is included in good enough reasons, then think again. You may find yourself without a job and forced to beg for survival because you are seen as not serious enough to deserve to earn any benefit.
